For "this one or that one?"
ProsNCons is for yes-or-no questions. ThisOrThat is for the other kind: Civic or RAV4, Lisbon or Kyoto, the blue couch or the green one.
- Two options, shared criteria. Each decision has a "this" on the left and a "that" on the right, each in its own color.
- Everyone votes, the weight is shared. Each criterion has a weight anyone can change, and each person leans it up to three notches toward either option. Other people's votes ride above the slider as little avatars.
- Everyone, or just me. Flip the scoreboard between the group's verdict and your own.

How the score works
Start at even
"This" starts with 50 points. A criterion nobody has voted on counts as even, so it can't tip anything.
Weigh what matters
Every criterion's average lean is multiplied by its weight, from "A little" to "Top priority".
Scaled to 100
A unanimous "way better" on every criterion is a perfect 100. "What's driving it" lists the criteria moving the score most.
Swap sides
Votes belong to a side, not a name. Rename an option and the votes stay. Swap sides and every vote flips with it.
